Nothing, howover, in this Regulation applies to any Reservist who has already furnished to the Government Statistician, cither under tho National Registration Act, 1916, or the Military Bervico Aot, 1916, sufficient information as to his chHdren to cnahio that Reflcrvist to bo properly classified as on Wednesday, tho 11th July. 1917. Every Reservist in required, within ten days after such ohange, to notify the Government Statistician by registered letter of nny change that takes place in the number of his ohildren after Wednesday, tho 11th , July, 1917. Any Reservist who falls to fulfil any of the abovo obligations or who makes any false representations relative to his obildren is guilty of an oflenco, and Iβ liable under tho Wax Regulations Act, 19H, accordingly.
