BRITISH AEROPLANE RAIDS RAILWAYS IN BELGIUM DAMAGED EXPLOSION AND FIRE CAUSED (Keu. July 11, 12.50 a.m.) , ... London, July 12. An Admiralty official message states: A aval aeroplanes on Wednesday night carried out raids with military obfectives on (jliistelles and Varssena'ere railway dump, causing a heavy explosion and an intense conflagration. They attacked with gunfire the railway sidin* at Zarren, and bombed a train at St. Denis-Westrcm. They bombed the Ustend railway lines and electric power station, and caused a tiro near the latter. Several tons of bombs were dropped. All tho 'planes returned safely.—AusA T .Z, Cable Assn.
