SUPPLIES FOR PRISONERS IN GERMANY
DECLARED TO BE INADEQUATE. London, July 12. A largely-attended meeting of membes of Parliament passed a resolution declaring that there had been serious failure, on 7 the part of the Central Prisonrs' War Committee, to supply bread to prisoners in Germany, thereby inflicting serious privations. Tho supply of medicines and comforts was inadequate, and the dispatch of clothing and boots should be hastened, so as to reach prisoners before tho cold .weather set in, especially in.
