Jlfill-Thor.ipson, C.M.G., R.N., tho only officer in the Dominion who is cognisant of tho naval operations, in tho Persian Gulf and M esopotamh, end whose services are being retained in New Zealand to further the naval interests of this country. Tho "Talks on the War" will t>3 qiven under vice-royil patronage, >n aid of Tho Terraces' Red Cross Day.
