HUNS' EXTORTIONS TO BE RECKONED UP (Roc. July 12/11.15 p.m.)
London, July 11. . In Hie House of Commons, Mr. A. J. Balfour (Foreign Minister) gave an assuranco that in any discussion of peace terms the Allies would take into consideration the enemy's exactions ot money and goods in the occupied ■ parts of France aud Belgium. He added that no understanding existed whereby in the event of an Allied victory Belgium would obtain any territory in Europ'e beyond her original frontiers.—Router.
