Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., report ou their weekly sale held on Tuesday as under:—To .1 largo attendance oC logul and outside buyers wo submitted a very good yarding of sheep and medium entry of cattle. Competition was very good for all classes of sheep yarded, the market showing a decided improvement. The announcement mado by the Government in reference to tho increased shipping facilities had a decided improving effect on the market. Sales mado by us were as follow:—Sheep: 100 mixed aged owes, 205.; 170 ewes in lamb, 2Gs.; 100 ewes in lamb, 265.;. 160 m.s. hoggets, 165.; C. M.s. hoggets, 17s. Bd.; 39 woolly hoggets, 2m.; 6 cull ewes, 225. 6d.; 3,potter rams, lis. Cattle: Store cows, £5 15s. to .£6 17s. 6U.; small weancrs, £2 Is. to £2 Jss.
