A COLD SPELL
Cool and changeable weather and showery conditions are predicted' in todays oilicial forecast by the Meteorological' Department. Yesterday was dull and uncertain, with a fresh southerly breeze and passing showers. These conditions appear to have been general, except in the far north, whero gales have been experiencd. Th barometer is unsteady, with a rising tendency everywhere.
