When these supplies have ;. been reduced, it is hoped the market .will improve. In the .meantime there- ■ ' are few local sellers, and buyers are indifferent about making purchases at !-, any price. There is still akeen demand — for seed potatoes. Ordinary white varie- ■>■ tics are worth about £3; guaranteed TJp- • to-dates, .£3 155.; Breeze's Prolific. SA; -'-British , Queen, £o; and early varieties; -such as Robin Adair, Beauty of Hebron, : - and Early Rose. XS per ton.
