FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S POLICY. (Rec. July 11, 0.20 a.m.) Melbourne, July 10. Parliament opens to-morrow. Mr. Hughes, outlining the Government's policy, forecasted an alLyound iucreaso in the income tax, including a specially designed levy aiming at eligible single men who will not enlist, and a revival of the amended war profits tax.—Press Assn.
