During tho month oE June the Talisman Consolidated crushed and treated 1400 tons, yielding bullion valued at £11,517 16s. 2d. The directors havo sent to London'the following cablegram :—"No. 15 level, south drivo, progress 87 foot, iridest part of vein 36 inches, value 2s. No. 16 lovel, north drivo, progress 15 feet, widest part of vein 30 inches, value Bs. "No., 6 Tise, progress 20 feet, -width of vein, 45 inches, valuo Us. Jlolo throuKh. No. A crosscut, progress 66 feet." During Juno the mino crushed: and treated 1400 tons or ore for bullion valued at £11,517, compared -with a j;iold of £6616 from 1610 tons last Juno, an increase of £4901.. During tho lialf-year the volud of bullion won was £60,780. compared irftli £33.396 last year,'an inorease of £27,384. The total Von to dato is £2.700,874.
