Tho barometer has a falling tendency everywhere Southerly breezes and dull wet weather prevailed on Saturday. Conditions improved on Sunday, but tho sky had become overcast again to-day, with, mode-ato to strong northerly winds predominating. Iho barometer has been unsteady. ! D.
