AN IMPORTANT DECISION. Mr. L. G. Reid, S.M., delivered his rw served judgment at Masterton on Friday in respect to the case brought by J. A. Mills, Inspector for the Lower Hutt Bor-< ough Council, who, acting under instructions from the council, proceeded against A. T. Leos for using a motor deliveryvan without obtaining a license. J. Hiuiray, appeared for the inspector and Mr. H. F Von Haaet for the defendant.
