EOTALIST POSITION HOPELESS. (Rec. July 8, 5.5 p.m.) Peking, June 7. General Chang Hsun's Royalist troops are fighting a lurge force of Republicans 35 miles from Peking. It is feared that Chang Hsun's position is hopeless. His troops havo torn up the railway at Langsang, midway between Tientsin! and Peking. It is understood that the foreign Powers are sending detachments to restore the railway Communications.
