ANTWERP MULCTED FOR DEFYING THE GERMANS. (R«c. July 8, 5.5 p.m.) Amsterdam, July G. Antwerp has been fined one hundred thousand marks (.£50,000) for refusing to rebuild the buildings that had been damaged by the Germans.
