Hen- Mueller (Progressive) affirmed ttiat the .Reichstag possessed sovereign power in. connection with the suffrage. The- National Liberals support Herr Mueller's view, but the Conservatives and the Centre (Catholic) Party oppose it. According to the Socialist majority organ, the "International Korrespondenz," the Socialists will' henceforth make thoir vote for war credits dependent upon internal political reform.—Aus.iN.Z.
