TRADE MARKS CASE. In the aftornoon. in tho Supreme Court, tho Obief Justice (Sir Eobort Stout) heard argument on an appeal from tho decision of the Registrar of Trade Marks allowing the registration of the trade mark-, "Healo" to protect an ointment manufactured by John Welsh M'Gili, of Ohristchurch. Tho appeal was made, on behalf, of Lever Bros., Ltd., the' proprietors of tho registered trade mark "Healatta," used in connection with their medicated soap, ointments, and t pomades. Mr. O. (3. G. Watson appeared I for Lever Bros., and Mr. H. F. O'Leary for J. 17. M'Gili. Decision was reserved.
