JOHN MICGKEGOE gave notice to m'ovo that tho Juries Act should bo so' amended as to apply to criminal cases the provision now in force in civil cases: that if after three hours' retirement there is no probability of tho jury being unanimous the verdict of three-fourths of tho jury is to be accepted as the verdict of tho whole.
