At the X store -waiting-room last evening there w<ib a. meeting of some 160 waterside workers, presided over by Mr. L. Glover. Nominations -were received for a, returning officer and two scrutineers for th« annual elections, whioh take place in a few weeks. Mr. A. Agnew was elected returning officer, and Mr. J. Keogh and Mr. 0. Hart scrutineers. Nominations close for. tho annual election two days before the annual meeting, to take place in a.bout a fortnight.
