■RUSSIA SUGGESTS A/ CONFERENCE, (llec. July i, 11.10 p.m.) London, July .1. In tho House of Commons, Lord Hob--crt Cecil (UiulOT-Sccretary for I'oreißii Alfa ire) stated that the Russian Government had suggested a conference with tho Allied Powers for the purpose of reconsidering the conditional terms of peace.
