HIGHLANDER MILK.

No. all-British trade exhibition would be complete without an exhibit of Highlander Milk. This well-known and now world-famous product is made in Now Zealand at Underwood, near l'nvercargill, by Murrays Limited, an all-British-owned company, registered under the laws of the Dominion. From - a small beginning, Highlander Milk has grown to bo one of the Dominion's foremost industries. Tho factory, which covers several, acres, is replete with every 'known sanitary and labour-saving; device, and is the largest ail-British-6wned milk condensery in the Southern Hemisphere. The milk used- is .secured from' selected herds, which aro under the rigid inspection of tho Government and tho company's own inspectors. During the war Highlander Milk has been purchased in "very largo quantities by' the New Zealand Defence Department and British War Office.' The' authorities, 'taking advantage of tho superior keeping qualities of Highlander MilK, havo sent it to thoso battle fronts whoro the climate conditions are most trying, thus assuring a good milk supply to our troops. Highlander Milk conforms to tho truo definition of tho sacred words "All British." It is all-British made, by a company which is all British owned.
