SUPREME COURT

IN DIVORCE. A short Bitting in Divorce was held by Mr. Justice Chapman in tho Supreme .Court yesterday morning. Annie Downey sought a dissolution ot her marriage with Thomas Henry Downey on ground of desertion. Respondent did not defend tho suit. Hie Honour granted a decree nisi, to bo made absolute after three months. Petitioner was granted interim custody of the children of tho marriage, and the respondent was ordered to pay. costs on the lowest scale. Arthur Neal alleged that his wife, Mary Neal. had on divers occasions between 1911 and 1916 committed adultery with one Davo M'Kay. This case was also undefended. His Honour made a decree nisi, and ordered the co-respondent to pay tho costs.
