PROGRESS OF THE CAMPAIGN, The Wellington Rugby Union is meeting with good rapport in its ticket campaign to save Athletic Park. Those who have taken tickets to dispose of report that tho public are readily responding to the call to clear sufficient of ths debt off tho ground to retain, it for the many Rugby players who have gone to tho front. Somo handsome donations have been received, including tho following:—Dr. A. K. Newman, twenty guineas; Dr. M'Evedy, five guineas; Mr. J. P. Firth, five guineas. There'is also one big donation which cannot at present be mentioned. | The intention of tho promoters of tho schomo is to raiso at least ,£SOO.
