SENSATIONAL SPEECH IN HUNGARY
BY PRO-ENTENTE COUNT ATTACK ON TISZA PART? (Eec. June 29, 0.50 a.m.) Amsterdam, June 28. Count Karolyi, in a sensational speech in tho Hungarian Chamber, declared that Count Tisza was chiefly responsible for the war, but the financial and industrial circles were also blameworthy. These factors were now preventing peace. He demanded an instant dissolution of the Lower House, and so smash the Tisza. Party and assist the democracy to secure victory. Count Karoyli makes no attempt to conceal his pro-Entente sympathies. His agitation is practically; anti-German, and is causing consternation in Hungarian Government circles.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. THE SPANISH CRISIS WHAT THE GERMANS SPEND IN PROPAGANDA. Paris, June' 27. The "Matin" states that Germans are spending monthly in Spain on the propagandist work. GREAT RIOT IN GERMANY BAYONETS AND MACHINE-GUNS 'TJSBD. (Rec. .Tune 29, 0.35 a.m.) Copenhagen, June 28. Visitors from Germany report that a great riot occurred at Stettin on June 18. Owing to a Tumour that 'the export of'food was going on, women and soldiers plundered tho shops. The police brutallyinterfered, killing seven and bayoneting 'a young girl.
