Christchurch, .lime 25: A conference was held to-night, attended and addressed vby several prominent clergymen and school, teachers (including headmasters of Christ's College and the Boys' High School), to consider tho question of the censorship of lancmatograph films. The .following resolutions were carried-.-"That in the judgment of this meeting a much stricter censorship of picture films ijlioum be everoised"; "that instead of one censor, as at present, a. board, including women, should be constituted for the purpose of exercising censorship over alt picture films brought to the Dominion for public exhibition."
