JV Luke, C.M.G.) met the returning Mmis-' tere and welcomed them on behalf of the' citizens. All the Ministers were present, and also a representative gathering' of tho citizens of Wellington CIVIC RECEPTION TO-DAT. 'A civic reception is to be tendered the Prime Minister and Sir Joseph Ward at the Town Hall at noon to-day. At tho conclusion of the reception the Mayor and members of the City Council will entertain tho Ministers at luncheon, in. the Grand Hotel. . '
