Burt, Ltd., v. City • Corporation. The Solioitor-General, Mr. J. W. Sal* mond, K.C.. wns granted final leave to appeal to tho Privy Council against the decision of the Court in tho case, lion. Hugh St. Tjeger Marsh and another. An application by the Law Society to havo John H-aplKujl Lundon, of Auckland, struck off tho rolls on the ground of [professional misconduct. _ will be heard towards the end of tho fittings.
