MOVE TO REDUCE OUR ENEMIES London, .Tuno 24, Mr. Aslnnead Bartlett, writing to the "Sunday, Times," proposes that the Allies should immediately make terms with Turkey and Bulgaria, on tho basis of Turkey regaining Thrace and Constantinople, after the Straits have been ■internationalised under joint Turkish and American control, and the forU dismantled. The Allies should assist Bulgaria and Tuyke.v financially, and they should be i>l lowed to repndiate all war indemnities contracted with the Central Powers—Aus.-N.fl. Cable Assn.
