CRISIS DUE TO PUBLIC HARDSHIP NOT ANTI-DYNASTIC (Rec. June 24, 5.5 p.m.) London, Juno 23. The "Daily Telegraph" correspondent at Paris states that thero is a continuance of the crisis in Spain from economic reasons, the shortage of foodstuffs, and tho enormous increaso in the cost of living. All the workers are simultaneously demanding higher wages, and a similar demand by the military class complicates the situation, workers and soldiers joining hands. The crisis primarily is not anti-dynastic—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
