Expect dull, misty, and wet,,-weather generally, and heavy rain in the northern and eastern districts of the North Island. Conditions nre threatening north-west.we-rd of the Dominion, and the barometer is likely to fall soon in tho north. ' Cloudy and unsettled weather has ruled tvith rain in most parts of the country..
