MIGRATION AND SETTLEMENT. (Hoc. June 23, 1.15 a.m.) London, June 22. Tho "Evening Standard" slates that the Committee en Migration Within the Empire and Empire Settlement has completed its report. It will recommend the appointment of an Imperial Emigration Commission, comprising representatives of the Colonial Office, the Dominions, the Local Government Board, and the Board of Trade to superintend the whole of the Empire emigration. Tho Government has decided to hold the next Allied Commercial Conference in liOiidon in WlS.—United Service.
