Auckland, Juno £0. A cablegram from the London office of the Waihi Grand Junction Company states that tho annual, meeting of tho company will be held on June 25. After writing olf depreciation £14,152 and development redemption, £31,445, tho credit balance is £49,796. This added to credit balance from laet year, £8656, makes £58,453 to the credit of profit, and loss. Tho interim dividend paid in November absorbed £19,218, leaving £39,235. Tho directors recommend that a final dividend of 5 per cent., free of incouio tax, bo paid, ,aiid that, in vioiv of tho uncertainty o'f labour conditions, tho balance, of £20,015 bo carriod forward without any transfer to the rcscrvo fund.
