THE SPANISH CRISIS
RUMOURS NOT CONFIRMED IN AMERICA New York, June 20. Inquiries in the ciiy do not confirm tho rumours about Spain, with which business is practically l-ormal. Delays are attributed to labour and economic difficulties. It is stated that the trouble originated in the King granting the demands of the infantry officers at Barcelona for reforms without consulting the Cabinet, which resigned—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
