London, June 19. Tho secretary of the Socialist Party wroto to Captain Kalinsky, commanding the Bussian cruiser Askold, asking mm to convey Mr. Bamsay Macdonald and his party. Captain Kalmsky replied, that tho officers had unanimously decided that it wis their duty only to act m accordance irith the Provisional Governments orders, and did not desire to carry deputies who favoured immediate peace.— Aus.-N.Z.
