Frank liothweil. was fined J220 at the Magistrate's Court to-day ou a charge that ho sent a betting chart to n yomth under 21. lie admitted handing tho chart to tho youth, but his counsel contended that to personally deliver an article was not to send it. Tho Magistrate held that tho term "send" included "deliver."
