•U tho Supreme Court the re-trial was heard to-day of Whaingaroa. Wmhana. chaved with manslaughter m causing the death of Rupert Maney, a newspaper runner, at Hastings, accuseds motor-car running over tho boy, who was riding a, bicycle. The jury disagreed again, and a new trial was ordored for next session.
