The District Committee specially appointed by the Racing Conference In consider the reduction, of racing days In the Canterbury district met to-day. The following dubs voluntarily surrendered their days of racing:—Ainberley, Cheviot, Christchurch Hunt, and Hracknnfield Hunt. Tho following ciirlnilments wero agreed to wilh regard l<i l.hu undermentioned clubs:—Aidibtirlon County Racing Club, ono day; Canterbury Jockey Club, two days; Geraldiue, ono day; Hororata, ono day; Marlborough Racing Club, ono day; Mcthven, ono day; South Canterbury Jockey Club, one day.
