—-a FORECAST AND SUMMARY Present indications arc for high northerly to south-westerly winds. Expect clouds' and boisterous conditions with heavy showers, especially on the West Coast and southern districts. The barometer is unsteady with a falling tendency everywhere. Strong south-westerly winds liavo predominated, cloudy and unsettled wcathor has prevailed, and Tain has fallen in many parts, especially ou the West Coast and southern districts.
