The auxiliary scow Eunice, has arrived at Onehunga from Pioton. In a. heavy gale off Capo llaria, van Diemcu sho lost a. lifeboat and one of nor yards, and 'the bulwarks were damaged. KOTABK DOCKED, liy Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Juno 18. The steamer Kotare, -which sank st Waikp.wa on June 5, reached Port Chalmers yesterday under her own steam, after an uneventful trip. The vessel's pumps aro keeping the water under. Tho Kotaro was docked to-day for examination. It is anticipated that the steamer is not «eriouely damaged. Yesterday tho Karu was to have left Now Plymouth for Greymouth. At the southern port tho vessel will load for Wellington. Tho Kakapo and the Pohcriin, left last 'evening for Wesfport. The. former will luod for Oamaru. Dunoflin, and Bluff, and tho Poherna for Wellington. Tho Monowai has been delayed in Dunedin. and does not leave that port for 'tjyttelton ami Wellington until to-mor-row. Tho vessel will arrive on Friday, and leaves -the saino day for Napier, Gisborne, and Auckland. Mr. D. M'Kenzio ha* jpjncd the Kakapo as second mate.
