SHIPPING AND EXPORTS
Sir, —As a constant reador of youtf valuable paper, I would like to make it few remarks re the shipping difficulties we read of in the papers. If shipping' space cannot be got for the dairy pro-i duce for next season, why should the Govj ment not give the dairy companies a free hand in time and they might sell out" right to American buyers, who will be able to send boats to the Donimion to take the produce away? I might state that the dain- farmers are the hardestworking class in the Dominion, the ma-, jority being on small holdings with from! three to six children to support, so they don't want to take any risks that, can be avoided. However, I think the time is not very far away when all the dairy companies'will bo united together as a. body lo' safeguard the interests of the daiiviug industry.—l am, etc., A DAIRY FAKJf.EE. ,
