SUSPENSION OK VOLUNTARY EECIIUITING. Tlio rceeut decision of the Reeruitin* Board that voluntary recruiting of, First Division men should cease is given effect by an Order-iu-Co>ineil iisucd yesterday. The voluntary enlistment of "reservists over twenty-one years of use and belonsrinir to the First Division of the Reserve" is to cease throughout Now Zealand on; Saturday next. The order is made under Clause 51 of; the Military Service Act, and while it is in force no Pirst Division man over twenty-one years of age will be ta.ken into tlio Expeditionary Force except under tho compulsory clauses of the Act.
