In Federal political circlos it, is considered practically certain (states the Sydney "Daily Telegraph") that the question of submitting another referendum on conscription will be raised in Parliament, Koon after its meeting. It may bo thai the Government itself will bring tho matter forward. Several Ministers are not. unwilling that it should do bo, owing to the apparent exhaustion of Iho voluntary effort. li'Uhe Government does, not take action, members aro likely to be askod to declare themselves on a private, molion.
