GAINING- GROUND FAST, (ltec. June 17, 5.5 pjn.) New York, June IG. "The' New York Times" Hague correspondent states that the democracy is fast gaining ground in Holland. The provincial Spates are electing the, First Chamber today. It is proposed to revise the constitution, providing for universal suffrage and proportional representation, and probably the franchise to women— Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
