They say they are opposed to (lio violent seizure of territories, and claim the restoration of snatched colonies < as a matter of course.. Tho extortion of indemnities must be rejected, also the reconstruction of devastated territories. ; They agreo with political restoration and " a nation's right to decido its own in- ! dependence. ■ .Belgium and Serbia should i be restored, and Poland and Finland should l>o, liberated.
