Billon, the "Daily Telegraph" correspondent, in explaining why tho expedition was sent to Salonika, suys tho Greco-Serbian treaty . stipulated that: Serbia must contribute 150,000 men if it wanted Greece's co-operation. M. Venizelos asked England and France to supply the deficiency. Both consented, antf troops were dispatched forthwith, and King Constantine dismissed If.
