LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
REINFORCEMENT DRAFTS
Sir,—'ln the Press Association news ■ published in this morning's issue Sir James Allen U reported us having stated that it is absolutely necessary to keep m> the present percenlage of reinforcements to provide full etrength 1 to the New Zealand Division. In view of the fact, that only a month ago wo were advised that the reccntlyliromotod Brigadier-General liart, D.s.vi., had been given command of a new brigade, niado up largely uf surplus ruinforcements, this statement is, to say the least, somewhat misleading. This is a matter which should interest tho Second Division League.—l am, etc., ■"NOT- BLUFFED." [When the now brigade was formed it was specifically stated that no increase in our reinforcement drafts would ho made. Sir James Allen has made this clear. What ho means, no doubt, is that our existing rato of ranforccmontti should bo maintained.]
