He did not. think that the citv would have any difficulty in making reasonable terroe with .the dairy farmers in -the vicinity of the city; if serious trouble were to arise Tie said that tho City Corporation would have to run its own dairy farm, which, after all, would be an easier matter than the , business of vending the milk which the city vas about to undertake. Thoujrh he knew nothing about either business, he personally would eooiior tackle the management of a big dairy farm than a big milkvending business.
