During the month tho number of bales of stripper slips graded was 176, as compared with 303 for tho correspondiue month of last year, a decreaso of 127 bales. For the twelvo months ended May 31 tho numbto of bales graded was '1330, as compared with G753 for the previous twelvo months, a decrease of 2128 bales.-
