TROTTING APPEAL
THE EMILIUS CASE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchui'ch, June 12. Tho appeal of the Now Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Chub in the Eniilius case was heard by the Executive of tho Kew Zealand Trotting Conference to-da.y, iho 6itting being hold in camera and lastiiig all day. Conference decided— (1) That the New Zealand Trotting Conference has jurisdiction, to entertain and decide the appeal. (2) That tho appeal shall lie allowed, that decision oi vio association bo reversed, and that tlin decision of tlio club ho restored; also that tho association ehall pay to the conference £M .is costs incurred by conference- in hearing tho appeal.
