CONTENTS ST.OLRX BY STARVING GERMANS, (ttec. .Tune I, 8.15 p.m.) Paris, Juno X Tho "Matin's" Hn.vve correspondent states tliat Belgian'prisoners in Germany have not received a parcel for six weeks: or if they have it is only after the food lias beenremoved from 'thorn and rags and paper substituted. This raises tho question whether Hie Allies are -not feeding the starving Germans instead of the starving prisoners.—Aus.-N.Z.- Cable Assn.
