GOVERNMENT MAY CONTROL GRAIN MARKETS. (Rec. May 3 5.5 p.m.) Washington, June 2. A proclamation warns those who are leaving to evade conscription that they will be prosecuted on returning. Tho Secretory of Agriculture has recommended that only two meals daily 1)6 allowed during the war.. Mr. Hoover anticipated that the Government will purchase all graiu and re-sell it to consumers.
